Based between Warsaw and Amsterdam, Maison Boudoir was set up by Lodewijk Floothius as a personal photography project. The logotype for the studio combines two fonts, mixing sans-serif elegance with the serif’s decorative lettering. Informed by the boudoir style of photography, the branding takes cues from sensuality and intimacy of the genre, zooming in on human sexuality and bodily pleasures. The power of the images was used throughout Maison Boudoir’s website where large-sized photography was laid out in a striking, editorial-like style.
